Additional meals may be added (e.g. two nights six meals) or removed
(e.g. two nights four meals). The cost will be adjusted accordingly. The
number of nights and meals will be stated in the contract and there is
no refund for persons missing meals or not sleeping at the camp.

No, some groups use the BBQ in the picnic area and the kitchens in the deluxe cabins to serve their own meals.

Is there a minimum number of guests required? |

Groups as small as 10 and as large as 225 are welcome at Camp
Chinquapin. The minimum number of guests required is set by the Camp
Director and Group Leader before a contract is drafted.

Yes, we sleep 151 in cabins. Additional
guests can bring tents or RVs and stay in our available sites.
Groups between 151 and 225 wanting to stay only in cabins need
to call for special pricing and special
arrangements. The maximum number of guests required is set by the Camp
Director and Group Leader before a contract is drafted. |

Yes, all churches and groups promoting the cause of Christ are welcome
to program camps and conferences of their own here at Camp Chinquapin. |
