  1. 1. The rates for Camp Chinquapin listed below are per full-time guest and are based on the minimum number of guests contracted. The price includes meals, lodging and the Dining Hall as a meeting room. Please note that when you come to Camp Chinquapin you must bring your own bedding, towels and toiletries. Group rates per person are as follows:

    Additional meals may be added (e.g., 2 nights 7 meals) or subtracted (e.g., 2 nights 5 meals) for the cost of the added meal per person.
    Tents and Recreation Vehicles are provided by the guest.


  3. If snacks are desired, above and beyond the traditional dessert, they are available at $2.00 per camper per snack.  Arrangements must be made prior to your arrival.

  4. Persons visiting for the day will be charged a day fee as follows (includes any and all meals that day):
  5. Ages 10 & Up:$27 per day
    Ages 3-9:         $20 per day
    Ages 0-2:         No charge                                                                              

  6. Maximum sleeping capacities are:
  7. a.  Winter cabins at full capacity  – 151
    b.  Summer cabins at full capacity  – 151
    c.  9 RV Sites and several Tent Areas

  8. Insurance protection is the responsibility of the individual and/or the sponsoring group who must provide a certificate of insurance 90 days prior to the camp, naming CrossPoint Community Church as additional insured with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000.

  9. A deposit of $500 is required for groups staying at least 1 night. In addition, a 30% balance is due on the group minimum 90 days prior to the camp.

  10. There is a $100 compensation fee (waived for groups with more than 100 in attendance).
