Winter time is beautiful with fresh snow and crisp mountain air. Enjoy the day playing in snow at camp or trek two miles up the hill to Dodge Ridge Ski Resort and take your turn at skiing or snow boarding.
Bring your sleds and enjoy sledding around camp. For organized sledding in a safe environment you can head over to Leland High Sierra Snowplay. Snow Play Have fun making snowballs, snowmen, igloos, snow angels and much more right here at camp. Snowboarding There are many areas around camp to snowboard or you can head up to Dodge Ridge Ski Area. Skiing Dodge Ridge Ski Area is a great place for Alpine skiing. Cross Country Skiing and Snowshoeing Groups can snowshoe or cross country ski at camp or on the the many trails in the area Equipment Rental Guests can rent skis at Heidi's Ski Shop or Dodge Ridge Ski Area. You can also rent cross country skis and snowshoes @ Dodge Ridge Ski Area. |
